From Numbers to Action: Turning Budget Plans into Results

Budget meetings are usually just numbers and presentations.
But not at YQ!
The beginning of the year for us is not only about setting goals and summarising what lies ahead. It’s also a time to reconnect, meet in person, and confirm that things work just as well outside of business as they do within it.
Last week, our entire team met in Košice. Our sales managers presented their markets, evaluated the past year, and set clear goals for 2026. At the same time, we kicked off preparations for one of the biggest highlights of the automotive industry – Automechanika Frankfurt.
And when the work was done, we made time for what matters too.
Shared dinners, lot of fun and a bowling night to the end the meeting on a lighter note.
