YQ Teambuilding in Croatia: A Week of Sailing, Strategy, and Team Spirit
Trogir, September 2025
At the end of September, our team swapped the office for a catamaran and set sail along the Croatian coast. What may have seemed like a pure teambuilding trip was, in reality, a well-balanced mix of teamwork, reflection, and business planning.
During the week, we looked back at this years journey – our achievements, challenges, and lessons learned – while also shaping the direction for the future. We shared presentations on key projects and initiatives, held discussions about the newly signed TEMOT International Cooperation Agreement between TEMOT and YQ, and dedicated time to Pipedrive training for our sales managers to make our daily work even more effective.
Life on board brought us closer together. Sailing, navigating, and sharing every moment on the catamaran created a unique atmosphere that strengthened our relationships and reminded us how important teamwork is for long-term success.
We returned from Trogir with stronger connections, new skills, and clear plans for the future. Just like sailing, business is about charting the right course and moving forward together.
