YQ kicked off the new year with its annual budget meeting in the High Tatras, Veľká Lomnica. Over five focused days, the entire YQ team reviewed the results of 2024 and laid down strategic plans and financial targets for 2025.
One of the highlights was a series of individual presentations from our sales managers, each bringing forward market development strategies tailored to their respective regions. Together, we refined a balanced and ambitious budget to support YQ´s growth across commercial and technical fields.
Team spirit was just as important as the numbers. A refreshing winter walk to Zelené pleso in the National park High Tatras gave everyone time to connect outside the meeting room. The event closed with a team dinner, sparking open and lively discussions about the exciting year ahead.
With a clear plan in hand, the YQ team is ready to drive growth and deliver value in 2025.
