
New Tools, Smarter Work: Launching Our New CRM System
In April 2025, we successfully launched our new CRM system – Pipedrive – marking an important step in the digital development of YQ. The implementation of Pipedrive is the result of several months of dedicated work, in close collaboration with the Pipedrive development team, during the first quarter of this year.
The goal was clear: to provide our team with a smarter, more efficient tool to manage relationships with partners, streamline daily work, and support the growth of YQ Service. With Pipedrive, we’ve gained not just a CRM, but a system, fully adapted to the specific needs of our business and processes.
Thanks to this upgrade, our sales and back office teams can now work more efficiently, manage opportunities better, and stay focused on what matters most — supporting our partners and delivering value. The introduction of Pipedrive is a key part of our ongoing commitment to modernizing how we work and staying ahead in an evolving market.
