Purpose of personal data processing – Electronic contact form:
Within the activity, personal data in the client’s records are processed for the purpose of sending the answer to the client’s question
Range of affected persons: individuals – clients
List of personal data: title, name and surname, company name, company headquarters, email address, company website, VAT number
Legal basis for the processing of personal data: consent of the data subject
Categories of beneficiaries: entities to which a special regulation entrusts the power to decide on the rights and obligations of natural persons: courts, law enforcement authorities and intermediaries.
The transfer of personal data to third countries does not take place.
Deadlines for deleting personal data:
a) in the case of a contractual relationship: 1 year after the termination of the contractual relationship
b) in case of non-conclusion of a contractual relationship: 1 year after the registration

Automated decision-making, including profiling, does not take place.
The data subject has the right to withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data concerning him at any time. Revocation of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on consent prior to its revocation; the person concerned must be informed of this fact before consent is given. The person concerned may withdraw the consent in the same way as he gave the consent

Data subjects about whom personal data are processed for specific defined purposes may exercise the following rights:

Those rights of the person concerned are further specified in Articles 15 to 21 of the Regulation. The person concerned exercises these rights in accordance with the Regulation and other relevant legislation. The person concerned may exercise his rights against the operator by means of a written request or by electronic means. Where the data subject requests oral information, the information may be provided provided that the person concerned has proved his or her identity.

YQ Service, s.r.o. has taken all reasonable personnel, organizational and technical measures in order to maximize the protection of your personal data in order to reduce the risk of their misuse as much as possible. In accordance with our obligation under Article 34 of the Regulation, we notify you as data subjects that if, as a controller, we breach the protection of your personal data in a way that is likely to lead to a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, we will notify you without undue delay.
The law and the related ways of processing your personal data may change. If we choose to update this policy, we will post the changes on our website and notify you of such changes. In cases where there is to be a more fundamental change to these principles, or in cases where the law so requires, we will inform you in advance. We ask you to read these principles carefully and in further communication with us, resp. We have regularly reviewed these policies when using our website.
